My 2010 CNY

Wow!! Time fly so fast… It like mid March now. Is about one month passed CNY.

Well, I have gained 3kg during the CNY. Eat so much of food and drink so much of cold carbonated drink. Just feel like eating all the time. Haha…now is the suffering time. LOOSE WEIGHT!!!

Ok… let’s see how I have enjoyed my CNY this year.

On the pre-CNY, we went to Genting just to hang out cause KL is so damn hot. Another reason is… I bought a new so call “leather” jacket and I have no where to wear it but at Genting. Haha…

So we walk around First World Hotel after having Bak Kut Teh Dinner at Gohtong Jaya.

Nice flower ho? but did not buy it haha...

Love the background. So colourful.

After shopping...

Then we went to casino taught like getting some ang pow money from Uncle Lim, in the end all of us giving big ang pow back to Uncle Lim.

14th Feb 2009 is a very special day cause for the first time ever!! CNY falls on the same day with Valentine's Day. Can’t blame my dear dear for not preparing anything cause we are so busy with work before CNY. On the other hand, we need to be good boy and girl and accompany family.

Our Valentine present. We bought it at Pull and Bear Boutique. Cute leh!!

"Hey Tiger"

Our first CNY meal. All are vegetarian oh!

In the evening, we drive to Jenjarom to bring my relative to visit the popular temple called

“Dong Chan Shi”

Behind me is the wishing tree. Many people throw the red ribbon onto the tree and make a wish. Hope that their wish may come true. For me I think is just a business gimmick. Each ribbon cost RM2.00. The whole tree is money leh!!

That is my sign...I'm Ms. Mooo Mooo...

That's all for the first day of CNY. What a tiring day.

On the second day of CNY...

Mammy busy preparing good food

Kasihan my mom.... woke up at 6am just to prepare all the ingredient and cook good food for the family.

This is her signature dish... Dry Oyster "Fatt Choi" Fish Paste with Scallop + Abalone

The best recipe! Super tasty!

Now you know where is my 3kg come from....

Loh ah Loh ahh.... Fatt ah Fatt ah

Loh Sang is our Malaysia tradition. My friends from Shanghai was surprise when she see us Loh Sang.

Sky Lantern is also called the "Kung Ming Lantern" or "Tian Ding", made of paper in those day but now all plastic. Really not good for environment. It was originated from the old Three-Kingdom epoch in China. Chu-Ke, the famous and wisest militarist (Mr. Kung Ming) invented the sky lantern as military communications for his kingdom to transfer information.

The lanterns are decorated with good wishes and we will write our name on the Kung Ming Lantern. People believe "The higher the lamp flies, the higher your business/career will soar."

Anyway, this is my first time playing with such a big lantern.

I bought it from Pasar Malam. RM 10.00 for 3.

It come with a square candle. Light it up for 1 min until the lantern is filled with hot air.

The Kung Ming Lantern will automatically flow in the air.

and it go higher and higher...

and whoooooooooo fly up to the sky. Quick Quick make a wish lo..
